Odissi Classes
At Odissi Mind & body flow Odissi goes much beyond the steps. It is a deep journey of self-discovery, and I would like to invite you to share this path with me through private classes designed for deep, personal growth.
Perhaps you have been learning Odissi for years but now find yourself searching for something more, wishing to dive deeper into nuance, spirituality, and the intricate art of expression. You might want to explore the powerful connection between your daily life, balancing the demands of corporate leadership or the dedication of voluntary work, and the sacred geometry of this dance, uncovering what it truly means to live and breathe Odissi.
Alternatively, you may wish to return to the pure essence of the form: to master precise steps, refine your mudras, control your breath, or simply experience the meditative freedom of movement.

Sanskrit for Yogis
Odissi Dance is more than movement. It is a spiritual dance tradition rooted in ancient Indian culture, where every gesture, expression and rhythm carries meaning. At its heart lies Sanskrit the language of many of India’s sacred texts, mantras and teachings. In today’s yoga world, this connection is often lost through translations or incorrect pronunciation. Yet the way a word is written, spoken and understood is part of its essence.
Sanskrit for Yogis invites you to return to the source. You will learn to read and write Devanagari, pronounce mantras and asana names correctly, understand essential Sanskrit grammar, and work with authentic texts such as the Yoga Sutras and common mantras.
